Pay rates from $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending of work experience.
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, with flexibility to work some weekends when needed.

Direct Hire position$18.00 to $20.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)A typical day as a Staffing Recruiter:
Find and hire enough workers so the office can fill every job opening on time and in compliance with company policies and applicable government regulationsManage incoming orders from clients and enter detailed job descriptions into the databaseInterview and offer jobs/communicate rejections to candidates in a legal, timely mannerAdminister drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment testsCounsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associatesConsistently make quality control calls to clients and associatesCreate, review, and continually improve a strategic recruiting plan for the marketBi-Lingual Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:
Ability to interact and build relationships with a diverse employee populationAbility to maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during emotionally charged conversationsThe goal-oriented mindset with a willingness to invest in the pursuit of unlimited earning potentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to quickly master multiple computer-based programsApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
