Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 to $23.73 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Support bilingual communication needs by providing verbal interpretation and translating written materials into SpanishConduct client interviews and screenings to determine eligibility for energy and emergency assistance programsManage client communications, including answering phones, returning calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting walk-in clients as neededTrack and report client service data and funding usage as requestedAssist clients with emergency situations by facilitating access to available assistance and completing required documentationBi-lingual Energy Intake Specialist Qualifications:
Minimum of one year of experience in direct client support, customer service, or a related fieldBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and verbal communication required for some roles)Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with individuals from diverse backgroundsProficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applicationsValid driver’s licenseApplicant may be subject to a background checkApplicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle ReportPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
