The Opportunity:
As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of different analytics initiatives. You will support stakeholder management and requirement gathering in collaboration with other team members within the same business line.
Responsibilities:
As a BI Developer, you will be expected to:
Implement analytics and data visualizations in Tableau or equivalent
In collaboration with backend specialists, prepare data using SQL or Python within AWS/GCP or similar cloud environments
Support and facilitate the gathering of user requirements and their translation into technical specifications
Support the creation of testing scripts, roll-out plans, adoption plans, and trainings
Partner with colleagues and stakeholders globally on initiatives and projects across different regions
Collaborate in an agile and cross-functional team with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business experts to deliver amazing solutions
Participate in the deployment of analytics projects to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance
Create and manage documentation for various data visualization projects
Perform demos and participate in project reviews and retrospectives to communicate ideas and receive feedback for self-improvement
Embrace new, agile ways of working with fast iterations and close communication across global teams
Who You AreBachelor’s Degree (Master’s is a plus) in computer science, finance/economics, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in data & analytics, ideally in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in at least one visualization tool like Tableau or equivalent
Skills & Mindset:
You have a strong analytical mindset
You are familiar and comfortable with agile ways of working and can adapt to changing environments
You are a team player with strong communication skills who enjoys working with others
You possess a strong customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
