You will support stakeholder management and requirement gathering in collaboration with other team members within the same business line. **Responsibilities:** As a BI Developer, you will be expected to: + Implement analytics and data visualizations in Tableau or equivalent + In collaboration with backend specialists, prepare data using SQL or Python within AWS/GCP or similar cloud environments + Support and facilitate the gathering of user requirements and their translation into technical specifications + Support the creation of testing scripts, roll-out plans, adoption plans, and trainings + Partner with colleagues and stakeholders globally on initiatives and projects across different regions + Collaborate in an agile and cross-functional team with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business experts to deliver amazing solutions + Participate in the deployment of analytics projects to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance + Create and manage documentation for various data visualization projects + Perform demos and participate in project reviews and retrospectives to communicate ideas and receive feedback for self-improvement + Embrace new, agile ways of working with fast iterations and close communication across global teams **Who You Are** + Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s is a plus) in computer science, finance/economics, or a related field + 2-5 years of experience in data & analytics, ideally in a multicultural environment + Proficiency in at least one visualization tool like Tableau or equivalent + Skills & Mindset: + You have a strong analytical mindset + You are familiar and comfortable with agile ways of working and can adapt to changing environments + You are a team player with strong communication skills who enjoys working with others + You possess a strong customer-centric, solution-oriented mindset + Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus **Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting** **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
