Beverage Server Fling Bar
Creates a warm and friendly atmosphere for our Casino guest by providing fast, friendly and courteous service to our guests while taking orders and serving beverages. 

Essential Job Functions:

Provides friendly, professional beverage service to Casino guests.Takes drink orders, communicates with bartender, assists in the preparation of drinks and presents drinks to guests.Maintains clean and stocked workstation/ lounge area.Handles money according to procedure.Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines.Provides customers with property information on current events, promotions, and attractions.Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, bar backs, Beverage manager.Provides personalized service and uses guest name.Resolves service problems according to guidelines.Offer Specialty cocktails from the menu to customers.Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients. Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.  Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service. Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients.  Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business. Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.  Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.   Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.  Uses SPOTLIGHT behaviors when encountering guests. 

EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Must be 21 years of ageRead, write legibly, understand and speak EnglishExcellent customer service/communication skillsCount money and change correctlyKnow or is able to learn , cocktail ingredients and garnishesAvailable to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as neededMust meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation.
