Job Description We are seeking a hands-on Beverage Formulation Scientist / Product Developer who can step into an existing product development roadmap and contribute immediately. This role is execution‑focused, not strategic or ideation‑heavy, and is ideal for someone with a food & beverage development background, particularly in dry mixes and beverage formulations. The individual will spend a significant amount of time in the lab, developing and refining formulas, running analytical and sensory evaluations, and translating results into formulation changes. The role supports multiple SKUs at different lifecycle stages, from early development through commercialization. Skills and Requirements Formula Development & Lab Work - Develop, refine, and finalize beverage and dry mix formulations - Execute bench‑top and pilot‑scale formulation work in a lab environment - Perform analytical testing including pH, Brix, stability, and related measurements - Analyze sensory data and translate findings into formulation adjustments - Support technical testing tied to consumer validation and product performance Product Development Lifecycle Support - Work on multiple SKUs simultaneously, each at varying stages: - Early‑stage development - Mid‑stage optimization - Commercial‑ready products - Support commercialization activities, including: - Scale‑up and production quality considerations - Documentation and technical data packages - Raw material specifications and requirements - Administrative aspects of commercialization
