As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. This is a hands-on, operational role that requires a proactive and creative problem-solver who can effectively collaborate with various internal departments. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of benefits, resolving issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role is also an opportunity to participate in Collective Bargaining Agreement processes. Key Responsibilities: + **Benefits Administration:** Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including (but not limited to) logistics, physical arrangements, and issue resolution. This goes beyond just ticket resolution; it includes physical tasks. + **Problem Solving:** Resolve complex benefits-related issues, often requiring creative solutions and collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Facilities, and Security. + **Collective Bargaining:** Participate in the onboarding process related to Collective Bargaining Agreements, gaining exposure to the negotiation process. + **Project Management:** Collaborate with Project Managers on continuous improvement projects, focusing on simplification, process automation, and well-being initiatives. This includes contributing ideas, strategies, and working with the HSE team. + **Implementation:** Support the implementation of new benefits programs (e.g., Flexi-Plus), working closely with HR, Legal, Payroll, and PEX teams to ensure compliance and a seamless rollout. + **Compliance:** Ensure benefits programs adhere to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. Understand concepts of accrual and deduction (previous month and current month = 4 concepts). + **Change Management:** Assist with the communication and training related to benefits changes. + **Committee Participation:** Participate in policy committees and contribute to project management discussions. + **Regional Collaboration:** Support regional projects related to benefits harmonization and standardization. **What extra ingredients you will bring:** + **Proactivity and Creativity** A proactive approach to problem-solving and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions. **Collaboration and Communication:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, Facilities, Security, HR, Legal, Payroll). **Negotiation and Influence:** Ability to negotiate with vendors and influence internal stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. **Analytical Skills:** Strong analytical skills to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations. **Continuous Improvement Mindset:** A passion for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the employee experience. **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. **Job specific requirements:** + **Experience:** Minimum 3+ years of experience in benefits administration. + **Language Skills:** Intermediate English (B1 level). + **T** **echnical Skills:** * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, VLOOKUP, basic macros). * Experience with Workday reporting. * Familiarity with Power BI dashboards. + **Desired:** Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment. + **Scope:** Experience working on regional project **Work schedule:** This is a **primarily on-site role (90% of time)** located at the Lima Plant.
