Provide a broad range of Benefits/HR administrative support in the operation of the Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Well-being, COBRA/HIPAA, Financial & Retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Responsible for inheriting, from an operational perspective, new initiatives which align with our business objectives and strategic goals.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration of employee healthcare benefit programs, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy, Section 125 plans, Qualified Life Events, and Financial & Retirement plans.Ensure accurate and compliant day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs while providing timely support and guidance to employees and managers.Contribute to the continuous improvement of benefits operations by supporting workflow optimization, system updates, and the maintenance of plan documents.Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual benefits open enrollment process, including system readiness, communications, vendor collaboration, and issue resolution.Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to support day-to-day administration of all benefits.Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues by coordinating with internal departments and benefit vendors.Perform daily administration functions to support the administration of benefits programs, including file feed transfers, statistical reporting, enrollment elections and changes for new hires and leave of absence employees, beneficiary changes, and Qualified Medical Support Orders (QMSO).Prepare audits and payment submissions of invoices to external vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Participate in status/planning meetings, implementation of enhancements, and problem resolutions to maintain relationships with vendors.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of Health & Welfare and Section 125 plans5 years of experience in benefits administration or HRFamiliar with benefits compliance and related regulationsProficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, Oracle, and preferably bswiftExcellent communication, customer service, and organizational skillsDetail-oriented with solid analytical and time management abilitiesAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with medical, dental, vision, reimbursement accounts (Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA, Health Savings Accounts) and 401KBenefit verification and customer service experienceKnowledge of medical insurance, COBRA, and open enrollment processesWork EnvironmentThe work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.49 - $26.49/hr.
