Job Description
Provide comprehensive Benefits/HR administrative support for various programs, including Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Well-being, COBRA/HIPAA, Financial & Retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits. Responsible for implementing new initiatives that align with business objectives and strategic goals.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the administration of employee healthcare benefit programs, ensuring accurate and compliant day-to-day operations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of benefits operations through workflow optimization, system updates, and maintenance of plan documents.Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of the annual benefits open enrollment process, including system readiness and vendor collaboration.Manage relationships with benefits providers, brokers, and consultants to support the administration of all benefits.Respond to employee inquiries, coordinate with internal departments and benefit vendors to resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.Perform daily administration functions, including file feed transfers, statistical reporting, and enrollment changes for new hires and leave of absence employees.Prepare and submit invoices to external vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Participate in status/planning meetings and implement enhancements to maintain vendor relationships.Essential SkillsStrong knowledge of Health & Welfare and Section 125 plans.5 years of experience in benefits administration or HR.Familiarity with benefits compliance and related regulations.Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, Oracle, and preferably bswift.Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.Detail-oriented with solid analytical and time management abilities.Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
