**Benefits Operations Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary liaison with Finance, reviewing reports, reconciling data, and escalating variances or anomalies to leadership for resolution.
+ Collaborate with Finance to develop and maintain the annual benefits budget, covering health & welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary programs.
+ Monitor monthly and quarterly benefits spend, working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
+ Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, including validation, approval workflows, and vendor setup coordination.
+ Ensure timely and accurate funding of all benefit programs in partnership with Payroll and Finance, aligned with payroll cycles and vendor requirements.
**Minimum Requirements**
+ Experience of 3 to 4 years of finance and benefits experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or Finance (preferred)
+ Strong understanding of benefits programs and related financial processes
+ Strong understanding of Benefit programs and practices.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
+ **Languages** : Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
