**Our client, a leader in human resources and benefits administration, is seeking a Benefits Leave Administrator to join their team.**
As a Benefits Leave Administrator, you will be part of the HR/Benefits Department supporting employees and managers across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
**Job Title:** Benefits Leave Administrator
**Location:** Hybrid – Dallas, TX
**Pay Range:** $28.85 – $40.87 per hour (based on experience)
**What’s the Job?**
+ Administer leave of absence and accommodation programs in coordination with external vendors.
+ Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, HIPAA, COBRA, etc.).
+ Serve as the main point of contact for employees, managers, and vendors regarding leave and disability processes.
+ Process disability payments, leave-related timecards, and premium payments during absences.
+ Partner with HR, Payroll, and other internal teams to streamline processes and provide training when needed.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 5+ years of experience in benefits and leave administration.
+ Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, and other leave laws.
+ Proficiency with HRIS systems and related software.
+ Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
