What the day will look like Analyze benefits data (medical, life, disability, and other lines) to support renewals, cost projections, benchmarking, and plan comparisons. Prepare clear reports and exhibits for clients and internal teams; validate experience results, trend analyses, and key performance indicators. Maintain accurate plan/policy information in internal databases and ensure documentation consistency and data quality. Support special projects such as RFPs, audits, plan changes, and benefit communication initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Lead workload with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, prioritization, and continuous process improvement. Skills and experience that will lead to your success 2+ years of shown experience in analysis, insurance/benefits, consulting, analytical or administrative roles. Strong proficiency in Excel Outstanding attention to detail and strong communication skills to explain sophisticated concepts clearly. Project coordination ability, partner management, and a customer-service attitude. English proficiency at intermediate–advanced level (C1). Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
