Job Description

The HR Account Manager is responsible for evaluating clients’ HR practices, including handbooks and drug-free workplace policies, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions to ensure compliance and maximize satisfaction. This role involves consulting with internal teams and clients to align policies with federal and state regulations, managing account needs, and serving as the primary point of contact for handbook, drug testing, and background check inquiries. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality service under deadlines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
