As a Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you will provide excellent customer service to employees and field partners through various communication mediums, including phone calls and inbound and outbound communications. You will educate employees about their benefits, enrollment processes, and choices, offering guidance to worksite employees regarding benefit plans to ensure optimal customer service levels. Your role involves researching and resolving product and service issues from internal partners, clients, and worksite employees to ensure accurate and timely responses. You will document information and interactions in applicable systems, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations and laws. Maintaining knowledge of all systems, processes, and changes pertaining to various benefit plans and regulatory changes is crucial to ensure compliance with departmental processes and company guidelines.

The work environment includes rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM to 8 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.03 - $28.37/hr.
