Benefits Director
Location: Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 2 days/week)

A life sciences client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to hire a Benefits Director to strategically lead and manage the company's benefits offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team and play an important role in shaping the future of the benefits program.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute the employee benefits plan, including retirement, health, and well-beingPartner with senior leadership across the company on benefit strategyEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsOversee benefit plan vendors, brokers, and consultants, with an eye towards quality, service, and cost-effectivenessManage the communication plan to ensure employees understand and engage with company benefitsAnalyze and incorporate feedback and benefits trends to consistently improve employee offerings

Qualifications:
