POSITION PURPOSEResponsible to provide advanced operational and administrative support, in addition to compliance support for nationally developed HR policies and programs under the direction of Human Resources Leadership team to support the Company’s overall business plan.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
Maintain direct ownership of tasks/projectsAssist in resolution management for all benefit compliance issues and claims under the direction of HR LeadershipAssist employees to resolve routine issues and questions within the scope of existing practices under the direction of HR LeadershipCreate/edit ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requestedReconcile and code benefit invoices and submit to AccountingTrack payments made against budgeted figuresAssist with the communication, implementation, and administration of employee benefits and national HR programsTest systems and integration files on an as needed basisAssist in the review and audit of weekly payroll deduction filesAssist with Affordable Care Act compliance auditing and annual reportingAssist Compliance Manager with state and federal benefit compliance reporting requirementsWork with the Compliance Manager to update benefit polices as neededCreate/edit written communications, reports, or other items on a daily basisLiaison with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management staff to enter and maintain up-to-date employee database informationMaintain confidential department records and office files in accordance with internal company proceduresProvide overall support to all functional teams as neededProvide Project Management support and task trackingMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree or above3+ years of benefit administration or multi-functional HR experience with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employment informationOrganized; detail oriented; versatileAbility to speak and write effectively in EnglishAbility to speak and write effectively in Spanish is a plusDemonstrates critical thinkingEffective interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability with a high sense of urgencyStrong verbal/written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Office skills with advanced excel skillsProven record of excellent internal and external customer serviceAbility to work independently and demonstrate ownership of job tasks
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
