A Manufacturing company located in Buffalo Grove is seeking a Benefits Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created position reporting to the Director of Human Resources. This position will support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs for a manufacturing workforce of approximately 200 employees. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, cost management, and effective communication of benefits to both hourly and salaried employees across plant and office environments. The Benefits Analyst partners closely with HR, payroll, finance, and external vendors to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, workers' compensation coordination, and wellness programsEnsure compliance with federal and state regulations (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA) and company policiesManage benefits eligibility, enrollment, life event changes, and terminations for hourly and salaried employeesCoordinate COBRA administration and leave-related benefits with third-party vendorsAnalyze benefits utilization, costs, and trends; identify opportunities for cost savings and plan improvementsSupport annual benefits renewals and benchmarking with brokers and vendorsPrepare reports for HR and leadership related to benefits costs, participation, and complianceCoordinate and support annual open enrollment, including system updates, employee meetings, and plant-floor communicationsServe as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution, including escalated vendor concernsPartner with payroll to ensure accurate deductions for multiple benefit plansWork closely with safety, operations, and HR leadership to align benefits with workforce needs 1444098_1769106267 To Apply for this Job Click Here
