As Benefits Administrator II, you will be responsible for providing operational support of the entire employee benefits life cycle. The position will include oversight of many key operational tasks that are part of the overall Benefit Services lifecycle. Must have a proven track record of being able to work effectively in a task-oriented environment with a high attention to detail and quality of work output. Primary/ Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: • Process the daily deliverables for multiple customers in a timely manner with a high level of customer service and quality including but not limited to: Life events, new hires, haste enrolments, Evidence of Insurability (EOI) forms, dependent eligibility verification, work status events, appeals, HSA administration, and payroll adjustments • Review and process open enrolment activities including file deliveries and census files • Review and process ongoing EDI File Verification and identify/resolve errors based on pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Complete customer data audits based on pre-defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Drive to specialize in certain tasks • Ability to successfully track time spent on tasks/activities and follow departmental protocols • Identify process improvement opportunities based on current workflows in the department and communicate with leadership • Ability to suggest improvements/updates in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per dynamics of process Qualification: • Overall, 1 – 3 years of work experience in Benefits related teams or equivalent • Working knowledge of employee life-cycle U.S. Benefits Administration, ACA, related regulations, ERISA guidelines, and HIPAA Compliance • Ability to work in US shifts Preferred Qualifications/Skills: • Exposure to Open Enrolment activities • EDI experience is a plus • Strong background in customer facing deliveries • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) • Industry level benefits certification will be a plus   Interpersonal Skills: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter who is motivated to succeed • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks under stringent timelines • Highly motivated and team oriented Education/Certification/License: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience will be considered Company Overview: UKG is the Workforce Operating Platform that puts workforce understanding to work.
