We are AT&T Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of UT Campus, Hook 'em! *Individual MUST have AM and PM availability daily, shift typically run from 7AM-3PM and 2-10:30PM Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose: To provide assistance and services to guests in order to ensure that their arrival and departure experience is pleasurable and informative. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS + Assist in the transport and storage of guests' luggage to guest room and conference center + Assist with guest packages when needed + To properly “log” all trips with guest luggage + Responsible for a clean appearance of uniforms + Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities + To have pleasant conversations with guests about hotel promotional programs + Ensure cleanliness of bell closets and bell carts + Answer phones in lower lobby when needed + Welcomes and assists guests’ according to PLATNIUM SERVICE Standards. + Providing an excellent first impression to guests + Maintains a presence in the Front Drive  throughout the hours of the shift. + Greets all guests courteously, using the guest’s name whenever possible. + Assist with the coordination of the arrivals and departures on the front drive + Demonstrates PLATINUM SERVICE Standards in all interactions. + Remains observant and responds to each guest who passes through entrances. + Assists Housekeeping in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the Hotel Lobby and Entry way. + Follows Hotel’s telephone etiquette standards. + Reports suspicious people, behavior, and vehicles to Loss Prevention + Ensures adherence to Code of Ethics The Benefits working at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center and FLIK/Compass: + Paid Vacation Days (after 90 days of employment) + Annual Merit Increases + 11 Paid Holidays (after 90 days of employment) + Ride the Bus for Free + Free Daily Shift Meals- yum! + Lockers & Locker Rooms with Showers + Discounted Monthly UT Garage Parking + Discount Gift Shop offerings + Referral Bonus $ We are owned by UT Austin and managed by Compass Group North America, a diversity growth-oriented organization.
