Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations._ **Responsibilities:** Provides clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the inpatient and outpatient medical settings. Collects data on programs, assist with caregiver training, and assist the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) with clinical assessment as needed. Work under the supervision of a BCBA-D or BCBA. Conduct is at all times in accordance with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) Code of Ethical Conduct. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** + Provides direct client care in one-on-one settings, utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements. Follows the prescribed behavioral skills acquisition and behavior reduction protocols and takes data in line with each protocol. Assists with parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols. + Assists BCBA in preparing client materials as instructed.
