Works on an interdisciplinary team, and engages in activities related to triage, risk assessments, ongoing assessment of psychosocial needs, discharge planning, information and referral, client and family education, coordination of services with managed care contacts and/or other service providers. The BH Specialist delivers and/or facilitates programs in individual, small and large group settings. **Minimum Requirements** 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program in a human service field approved by the State of Missouri. 2. Must obtain CPI certification; certification must be maintained for continued employment 3. Clearance through the Family Care Registry 4. Must have good verbal and written communication skill 5. Good leadership skills 6. Ability to evaluate program outcomes 7. Ability to work with multicultural staff and clientele. 8. If driving is a requirement for the employee, he/she must meet the requirements specified in the Fleet Driving Safety and Compliance Policy and must continue to meet these requirements as a condition of employment. 9.
