Schedule: Full-Time | First Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or Second Shift 4:00 PM - 12:30AM with Rotating Weekend with day off during the week

What You’ll Do Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for patients. Conduct routine safety checks and maintain accurate documentation. Assist patients with daily living activities and encourage progress toward treatment goals. Facilitate educational and rehabilitative groups on topics like coping skills, anger management, and independent living. Monitor patient behavior and communicate observations to nursing staff. Support patient well-being through compassionate interaction and professional care. Participate in maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for patients and staff. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Six months or more working with behavioral health or addiction recovery populations preferred. License: Valid State Driver's license required for this position. Certifications: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training provided upon hire). First Aid may be required based on state/facility guidelines. Why Join Us?
