As a Communications Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping clear, engaging, and timely communication that supports organizational priorities across the Behavioral Change Management Office (CMO), Service Excellence Organization (SEO), and Behavioral Operations. You will help employees understand change, stay informed, and feel connected to the work we do every day, bringing creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset to every project.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and refine internal communication strategies that strengthen alignment and engagement across teams.
Partner with Change Management Leads to support successful adoption of strategic initiatives through communication planning, targeted messaging, and stakeholder support.
Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across channels, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and brand.
Maintain and enhance the Behavioral Iris Page, ensuring content is relevant, organized, and easy to navigate.
Support communication readiness for change initiatives, including drafting talking points, stakeholder updates, presentations, and meeting support materials.
Manage communication templates, documentation, and shared resources in a centralized repository.
Develop and maintain communication calendars to track messaging timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Analyze communication performance using engagement metrics such as readership, click‑throughs, and feedback trends, translating insights into improved communication strategies.
Support process design and documentation.
Build surveys, consolidate data, and prepare summaries to provide leaders with clear insights on engagement and adoption.
Support Wrike work management tracking, updates, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate status visibility.
Coordinate technology and tools used across communication efforts, including SharePoint, Webex, and emerging communication platforms.
Provide administrative and operational support, including PowerPoint creation, meeting moderation, distribution of recordings and notes, and other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in communications, digital engagement, media relations, or related corporate communication roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to simplify complex information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Familiarity with SharePoint, project management tools, and basic data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated experience supporting communication planning and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience with Wrike or similar work management platforms.
Exposure to change management environments or organizational readiness work.
Interest in researching and adopting new communication technologies.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 66,300 - 110,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
