**Overview** **Position:** Behavior Technician **Location:** North Aurora, IL **Schedule:** Monday - Friday some evenings till 7pm **Compensation:** $19.00 - $22.00 /hr (pending experience) Rush Kids Pediatric Thearpy is seeking a **full time** Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.
