Job Description:

Our Beer department offers customers a unique experience of shopping, with a broad range of beers to fit any taste!  In this department, you’ll work with a team to ensure the freshest and newest items are available to our customers.  Additionally, you will help to drive sales by creating interest and enthusiasm for the vast offerings of products by helping customers broaden their knowledge. If you have a passion for beer, educating customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you!

What will I do?

Possess an understanding of the products offered in the departmentMaintain the overall appearance of the department, ensure fresh product and levels are sustained, items are well-merchandised in innovative, eye-appealing displays and stocked in correct locations, while recognizing seasonal, holiday and weather effects on product salesUnderstand how products look/taste at peak of perfection, ensure use of techniques to provide a consistent and quality outcome​Assist in ordering and inventory processes, utilizing ordering guides to help control inventory and shrinkProactively approach customers, assist them in locating products throughout the department, provide suggestions for meal pairings, and answer any questions they may have about products
