Apoyo al proceso de envío de documentación a Clientes: pólizas, suplementos, notas de cargo.Apoyo en la solicitud a las aseguradoras suplementos o la documentación oportuna para cambios que precise el cliente.Seguimiento Regularizaciones.Petición y seguimiento de certificados.Envío de documentación a las aseguradoras: cancelación de recibos o documentación devuelta firmada por los clientes.Elaboración de cartas.Registro mensual de las condiciones de renovación de las distintas pólizas.Archivo de documentación.Lo que necesitas tener:
Grado o doble Grado (Derecho/ADE o similar).Nivel avanzado de inglés.Dominio paquete Office, especialmente Outlook, Excel y PPT.Tener iniciativa y un sentido alto de la responsabilidad.Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y alto nivel de comunicación.Capacidad para priorizar actividades teniendo múltiples tareas y lograr llevarlas a término en los plazos previstos.Dinamismo, proactividad y ganas de aprender.Por qué unirse a nuestro equipo:
