About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Business Development Manager to grow our Taski cleaning products portfolio across Czechia and Slovakia. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your customers—ensuring revenue retention, supporting price capture, identifying opportunities for product growth, and contributing to overall gross profit improvement.

This is a fully remote field service role, ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, demonstrating innovative cleaning technologies, and driving new business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow market penetration for Taski products across your assigned region.Drive new customer acquisition and identify business opportunities in the hygiene, cleaning, and water-treatment sectors.Conduct on-site machine demonstrations for customers.Develop annual sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets.Collaborate with pricing, marketing, and application teams to meet customer and market needs.Maintain an accurate sales funnel in Salesforce (SFDC).Manage account profitability, including pricing and accounts receivable.Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.Travel frequently across Czechia and Slovakia and attend monthly team meetings.

Knowledge & Skills:

Minimum 3 years of B2B customer service or sales experience, preferably in hygiene, cleaning machines, or water treatment.Fluent Czech and good English communication skills.Strong presentation and communication skills—comfortable demonstrating technical equipment to customers.Valid driving license and readiness for frequent travel.Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems.Independent, proactive working style with strong business sense.Physical capability to handle and lift equipment when needed.
