Priority Chevrolet is looking for a Service BDC Administrator to support our fast-paced service department and help deliver an outstanding customer experience. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and thrive behind the scenes keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:
Support the Service BDC team with daily administrative tasks
Manage inbound and outbound customer communications
Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Work closely with service advisors, managers, and BDC leadership
Ensure processes align with Lithia & Driveway standards
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent phone, email, and communication abilities
Comfortable working with CRM and dealership software
Previous dealership, BDC, or administrative experience preferred
Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
