Family of Kidz is seeking a proactive and engaging BCBA/LBA Clinical Supervisor of Center Based Services who is passionate about working with a best-in-class team that delivers the highest quality of care to families of children with autism and other behavioral disorders.

 

 Details about this opportunity:

Full-Time BCBA/LBA Clinical Supervisor of Enhanced Behavior Support Services  Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm (Does not follow a school calendar) Salary range: $80,000-$95,000 Please note that this is a range. Salary is determined based on professional experience and license/certifications held Center-Based in Hawthorne, NY (Not Insurance)

Responsibilities:

Initial Assessments/Evaluations (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS) Functional behavioral assessment and case supervision. Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and strategies that are individualized to the learner. Collect and analyze data in order to make programmatic changes. Run monthly parent training and parent meetings to discuss behavioral progress. Collaboration with Special Educators, Related Service Providers, and Behavior Technicians Continuous communication with teammates to understand and pivot when necessary, to enhance the needs of the learner. About You:

And this background:

Minimum of a master’s degree in one of the following: Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, Educational/Health/Human Services BCBA Required, LBA preferred. Minimum of (1) year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and adolescents with autism and other behavioral disorders. Experience with electronic data collection services. Bilingual is a plus.
