We are looking for a BCBA Clinical Leader with exceptional clinical skills who can help develop the local market. The Clinical Leader will work alongside the Regional Director to grow the area and increase access to ABA services for families. Lead a team of Behavior Technicians to provide the highest quality ABA-informed treatment to families affected by ASD and bring in new BCBAs to best support the needs of the community and that best fit your local work culture. The candidate will have all the support of the Butterfly Effects clinical and business leadership team to be successful in growing as a leader and adding more services to the area. \n\nAssist the Regional Director to conduct professional development trainings.\nSupervise BCBA staff.\nRepresent the company at professional conferences.\nAssist in research projects. \nInterview BCBA staff.\nInterface with BE's business development department to determine needs for the market. \nAnalyze market data with the Regional Director to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\nManage RBTs \/ BTs.\nSupervise direct 1:1 ABA service delivery.\nConducting behavior assessments.\nIndividualizing client treatment goals and objectives.\nConducting monthly caregiver training.\nCoordinating with other professionals on your clients' treatment team.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nMaster's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.\nMust hold a current BCBA or BCBA-D certification by the BACB.\nActive and in good standing with Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).\nMinimum of 1 year experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.\nLBA state licensure if in states of AZ, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, NC, RI, SC TX, VA.\n Must maintain current and renew annually.\nExcellent spoken and written interpersonal and communication skills.\nMust be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.\nStrong computer skills.\nReliable transportation.\nReliable internet access.\nStrong commitment and passion for working with children and families affected by ASD.\u202f\n\n
Physical Requirements:\n
This role involves working in natural, home and center environments, occasionally requiring lifting or moving up to 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods.\n
