Contract to Hire position$19.00 to $20.00 /annuallyFirst ShiftPrepare and batch raw materials according to approved formulas, batch records, and work instructionsAccurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients to ensure batch integrity and complianceOperate batching, mixing, and processing equipment safely and efficientlyComplete batch records, logs, and documentation clearly and in real timeMonitor batch quality, identify deviations, and report issues to leadership or quality teamsFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and sanitation standardsBatching Technician Qualifications:
