Batch Mixer 📍 Location: Oakville, ON🕒 Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Training on day shift for 2–3 weeks)
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Batch Mixer to join our food production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately weighing and mixing raw materials according to specific formulas, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately gather and weigh raw materials based on mixing formulasComplete batch documentation including pre-op forms, CIP temperature charts, and formula sheetsMaintain a clean and audit-ready work areaFollow all health, safety, GMP, and food safety guidelines
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a batch mixer, preferably in a GMP-regulated environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbsStrong attention to detail and ability to read formulas and write in EnglishExperience in food manufacturing or related industry is a strong asset
Work Environment
Clean GMP facility with a pleasant fruit filling aromaPPE provided: steel-toed boots, hair nets, beard nets, lab coatsJewelry and piercings must be removed during shiftsWarm conditions during summer months
