Job DescriptionAttend daily safety meetings.Receive and interpret batch sheets.Formulate chemicals and weigh out raw materials.Handle liquids and powders from drums, totes, and bags.Pour and place materials into reactors.Check gauges and controls to ensure proper operation.Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Keep detailed records of operations.Monitor running machinery such as pumps, mixers, and milling machines.Notify maintenance immediately if any problem arises.Perform housekeeping duties like sweeping and cleaning.Communicate batch records with the next shift and supervisors.Work closely with helpers to ensure they understand their duties and safety procedures.Assist in packaging, staging, and preparing orders as needed.Essential Skillsmanufacturing experience 3+ yearsExperience in blending, formulating, chemical operating, and batch mixing.Preferred experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industries.Why Work Here?

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes two facilities, one being larger and more dynamic. Both locations are temperature controlled and focus on safety. Both facilities ensure that chemicals are not harmful, and operations are efficiently managed.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.
