Our client, a leading organization in the data management and energy efficiency sector, is seeking a BAS/EPMS Technician to join their team. As a BAS/EPMS Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting building automation and energy monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** BAS/EPMS Technician – Data Center (Contract)
**Location:** Onsite – Mt. Pleasant, WI
**Duration:** 6–24-month contract
**Pay Rate:** $35/hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Configure and maintain Building Automation System (BAS) and Energy Management System (EPMS) platforms.
+ Monitor HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems through automation tools to ensure optimal performance.
+ Analyze energy consumption data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
+ Support the integration of BAS and EPMS for seamless control and operation.
+ Document system modifications, performance metrics, and operational procedures.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience working with BAS and EPMS systems in a technical environment.
+ Understanding of building controls and energy management principles.
+ Familiarity with platforms such as Schneider, Siemens, or Honeywell.
+ Technical certifications related to automation or energy systems are preferred.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
