Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the designated venue management, the Bartender I prepares cocktail server orders for guest consumption utilizing only approved recipes and ingredients as set by the Director of Food & Beverage; maintains all liquor, bar equipment, and bars to set health codes and casino standards; maintains positive, team oriented and accommodating attitude toward guests (internal as well as external), fellow team members, and management, at all times.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains and preps designated workstation. Provides servers with bar service and guests as needed. Ensures responsible beverage service policies and laws are followed. Ensures recipes are consistent in flavor profiles, quality, and appearance. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. Enters food and drink orders into the point-of-sale system, as needed.Job Specifications:

County of San Diego Food Handler Card 21 years of age CA ABC Responsible Beverage Service Certification 6 months bartending experienceDesirable:
