About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for a talented enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. 

What you will do

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other hotel staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience for guests.Work closely with event planners or organizers to coordinate and execute special events and functions held at the hotel.

Monthly Seasonal Cocktails:

Create and curate a rotating menu of monthly seasonal cocktails to offer guests a unique and diverse experience.Experiment with new recipes and ingredients to stay innovative and on-trend in the ever-evolving world of mixology.Collaborate with the kitchen to pair cocktails with seasonal menu offerings.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Customer Engagement:

Actively engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat business.Solicit feedback from customers to continuously improve service and beverage offerings.

Promotions and Marketing:

Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing strategies for the bar.Promote special events, happy hours, and other promotions to attract and retain customers.

Maintaining Ambiance:

Contribute to creating and maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere within the bar area.Ensure that the bar is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and well-maintained at all times.

What you bring

Higher school education or equivalent experienceMinimum two years bartending or related workAbility to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinksAbility to accurately process cash and credit card transactionsFluent in Japanese and English is preferableMust have valid working permit in Japan
