What You’ll Do

Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming bar experienceEngage guests with friendly conversation while remaining focused on attentive, efficient serviceShare menu knowledge by making menu recommendations and answering questions about food allergies and ingredientsActively listen during guest interactions to anticipate needsAccurately take and enter food and drink orders using a POS systemFollow recipes to maintain beverage quality and consistencyPrepare cocktails using professional mixology skills and accurate poursGarnish drinks to enhance presentationMaintain speed, efficiency, and a strong sense of urgencyPerform bar setup and breakdown to ensure organization and readinessComplete stocking duties to maintain accurate inventoryProcess payments using basic math skills, including cash handling and credit/debit transactionsUphold cleanliness and sanitation standardsFollow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelinesWork well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude

 

Your Background

At least 12 months bartending experience in a full-service restaurant Experience with serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wineExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organizedAdaptable with strong problem-solving skillsReliable, punctual, and dependable, contributing to a positive workplace culturePassionate about guest satisfaction, hospitality, and teamworkAbility to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, continuously bend, reach and twistMust be at least 21 years old
