The Role:

The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guests service specifically in the Concessions environment.

Responsibilities:

The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guests service specifically in the Concessions environment.

Responsible for stocking bar items daily and filling the ice bins as neededAnticipate needs throughout the shiftAssist in keeping all areas clean and organizedReport timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time.  Know your work area and set up as directedAbide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manualEnsure prompt, quality service is providedPerform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time

Qualifications:

All applicants must be at least 18 years of ageAbility to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standardsMust have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquetteAbility to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated settingMust be able to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with guestsAbility to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 poundsAbility to work all events including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidaysMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pilling for extended periods of timeMust have two (2) to three (3) years of work experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
