The 4-StarFull Serviceproperty is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and oversees impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis. These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort. **Salary Range:** $65,000-$72,000 **Position Overview** : This position reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and will be responsible for managing Elevations as a successful profit center, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the restaurant. **Job Functions & Responsibilities** : + Administration + Prepare and update the bar’s operations manual. + Conduct effective daily pre-shift and monthly department meetings + Ensure efficient communication between team colleagues and other departments of the hotel. + Customer Service + Ensure that all colleagues at the bar provide exceptional guest service at all times. + Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily. + Implement and monitor an effective training program to support the ongoing development of all colleagues. + Financial + Ensure that the monthly forecasted food and beverage revenues are achieved. + Maximize colleague productivity through flexible scheduling in order to meet the financial goals of the outlet as well as the expectations of the guests. + Drive revenue growth by developing new revenue streams, creating innovative specials, and implementing strategic promotional initiatives. + Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of hotel operating equipment and other assets, including establishing par stocks, equipment care and maintenance and inventory taking as required. + Marketing + Constantly evaluate F&B trends, vendors and other bar operations to make sure that the hotel’s own operations remain competitive and cutting edge. + Assist in the implementation (where appropriate) of marketing programs, including frequent-dining programs. + Health and Safety + Ensure that employees follow all hotel, company and local policies and regulations. + Operational + Establish and oversee consistent implementation of service standards and training. + Hire, train, empower, coach/counsel, performance reviews and development of colleagues within the team. + Scheduling & payroll + Develop an outstanding beverage selection that is competitive in the local marketplace. + Work with the Engineering and Housekeeping Manager to ensure that the outlet is clean, properly maintained and cared for. + Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds. + At least 5 years’ experience in a senior role in a food and beverage with proven leadership skills. + Hotel/Hospitality degree is an asset. + Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record in high volume concept, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line. + Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English - Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. + Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills. + Working Conditions: + While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is regularly required to sit; stand; bend; walk; reach, pull, use hands or finger; or feel objects, tools or controls; may need to lift boxes (up to 30 lbs). + Open availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays). **Our Values: Empathy / Wellbeing / Respect / Integrity / Experimentation / Inclusion** **Full Time Benefits:** + Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance + Health Savings Plan and Flexible Savings Plan with Medical Coverage + Colleague Discounted Room Rates + 12 Complimentary Room Nights (based on availability) + Paid Time Off + 2 Floating Holidays + 8 Paid Holidays + Growth Opportunities + Referral Bonus + Recognition & Rewards + Basic Life Insurance + Sick Days + Friends & Family Room Rates + 401(k) (Match: 1-3% = dollar/dollar, 4-5% = $.50/dollar after 1 year) + Employee Stock Purchase Plan (5% discount) + Complimentary Parking + Complimentary Meal During Each Shift + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Hyatt Property Restaurant/Coffee Shop Discount _This application window is anticipated to be open at a maximum of 30 days from February 6, 2026 – March 6, 2026, or until a candidate is selected.
