Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
Consistentlydemonstrates superior customer service skills to external and internal guestsby displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors and SPOTLIGHT ON SERVICE skills.Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positiveenergy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact andfriendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness. Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebratescustomer wins. Is ready to serve andwell informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs andany other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greetingguests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs of the guest and provides fast, flawless service.Executes all service programs to assure prioritization of service to very bestguests. Checks for satisfaction andproperly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when theyexist. Promotes Total Rewards programsand Total Rewards registration and membership. Provides a warm farewell andthanks guests for visiting. PromotesHarrah’s and always projects Harrah’s in a positive light to guests.
Completesall established set-ups in a timely manner. Adheres to Hotel policies, Food & Beverage policies and liquorlaws. Performs all set-ups/breakdowns. Completes all monthly and quarterlytraining. Responsible for transportingand handling all banquet equipment, in a safe and cautious way. Stores and maintains all banquet equipmentin proper designated areas. Uses safetymeasures at all times while transporting banquet equipment. Freshens meeting rooms as required.

High School Diploma orequivalent preferred. Six months inHotel Sales or Catering departments preferred.
Is able to work in smokefilled environment, and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods oftime.
