Given the amount of work available, the incumbent lawyer will be managing their own files while also supporting the Partners on a full range of banking and financing matters. These would include but not be limited to acting on behalf of borrowers and lenders in local, domestic, and international transactions such as corporate lending, acquisition finance, infrastructure and project finance, mezzanine finance, asset based lending, and real estate financing matters. 

QualificationsBe called to the BC Bar and be in good standing3+ years of experience post call to the bar. Focus of experience in banking and financial services highly preferredComfortable with a 1700 annual billable target
