**HIRING FOR CATHETER ASSEMBLERS! LOCATED IN ROSEVILLE, MN!**
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble balloon catheters in a cleanroom environment using microscopes and hand tools.
+ Perform UV bonding/curing of components.
+ Prepare packaging for shipment and manage inventory control.
+ Label products accurately and maintain detailed records on travelers and within systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of experience in catheter assembly, preferably balloon catheters.
+ 1 year of experience working under a microscope.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Willingness to learn and contribute to the development of better assembly procedures.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in cleanroom settings, medical assembly, and GMP practices.
+ Hand dexterity and proficiency with hand tools.

**Work Environment**
Experience a 'start-up' feel within a company owned by a major global brand, focusing on innovation and growth. As the first catheter assembler hired, you will work closely with R&D technicians to build products for FDA trials. This role offers significant growth opportunities as the company plans to double in size through 2026. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.60/hr.
