Job Description
The individual in this role will work in a cleanroom to construct a simple balloon catheter assembly. This task involves using microscopes, tweezers, and other small hand tools. Additionally, the role includes UV bonding/curing of components, preparing packaging for shipment, inventory control, and product labeling. All work must be meticulously recorded on travelers and within the company's systems.
ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble balloon catheters in a cleanroom environment.Utilize microscopes, tweezers, and other small hand tools for precise assembly.Perform UV bonding and curing of components.Prepare packaging for shipment and manage inventory control.Label products accurately and maintain detailed records on travelers and within company systems.Essential Skills1-2 years of experience in catheter assembly, preferably balloon catheters.At least 1 year of experience working under a microscope.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to learn and contribute to the development of improved assembly procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in medical device assembly.Familiarity with GMP standards.Good hand dexterity.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team in an expanding company, with plans to double in size by 2026. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.60/hr.
