Main responsibilities:
Lead daily bakery department operations, including production planning, merchandising, and staffing Supervise, train, coach, and schedule bakery associates to ensure consistent performance Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, answering product questions, and fulfilling special orders Plan daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and sales goals Ensure quality, freshness, and presentation standards are consistently met Maintain inventory levels; order ingredients and supplies as needed Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bakery environment Monitor department performance and suggest improvements to inventory, pricing, and processesWe are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, recipes, and procedures Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
