Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Baker Mixer to join their team. As a Baker Mixer, you will be part of the Production department supporting the overall production process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization's goals.
**Job Title:** Baker Mixer
**Location:** Shirley, NY
**Pay Range:** $19-$19.25
**Shift:** 2nd Shift
**Hours** : 2:00PM-10:00PM Mon-Fri
**What's the Job?**
+ Stage and prepare ingredients for blends and mixes according to batch sheets and formulas.
+ Continuously monitor and adjust the mixing process based on production needs.
+ Ensure proper and safe operation of equipment, including regular cleaning and inspection.
+ Accurately complete production records and enter mix data into the computer system.
+ Adhere to food safety and quality standards while promoting a safe working environment.
**What's Needed?**
+ A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
+ Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
+ Basic computer competency and ability to perform simple math calculations.
+ Strong team skills with the ability to work independently.
