Job Description We’re hiring a Back‑End Engineer with deep, idiomatic Golang experience to help build and scale our credit decisioning platform. The work authorization is not specified and the pay rate is between $22-26/hr. You’ll join a small, senior team where 100% of the backend is written in Go. This is a hands‑on contributor role—no project leadership required—focused on building reliable, high‑throughput microservices that power real‑time credit decisions. Skills and Requirements 5+ years backend experience, with strong Golang expertise. Proficiency in AWS, Docker, and microservices architecture. Excellent communication skills; startup or small-team experience preferred. Experience with AWFintech or credit decisioning experience. Familiarity with event-driven systems, gRPC/REST, and SQL/NoSQL.S and cloud technologies
