Our banking client is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their team. As a BA/PM focused on CCAR, you will be part of the Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management department supporting the CCAR implementation and regulatory reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** BA/PM- CCAR
**Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC or Jersey City, NJ**
**Pay Range:** $65-70/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with any 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead CCAR implementation and enhancement initiatives, including data sourcing, workflows, and regulatory reporting.
+ Translate Federal Reserve CCAR requirements into clear business and technical specifications.
+ Partner with Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
+ Gather and document functional, non-functional, and regulatory requirements for CCAR platforms and data pipelines.
+ Manage multiple CCAR-related projects, owning project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
**What's Needed?**
+ 8+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on CCAR implementation.
+ Proven track record delivering CCAR programs at large banking institutions.
+ Deep understanding of capital planning, stress testing cycles, and regulatory governance.
+ Hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and Data Lake.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
