Job Description This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, SAP teams, and technical delivery groups—ensuring clear requirements, strong data insights, and seamless process workflows. • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to support end-to-end delivery in an Agile/SCRUM environment. • Create detailed process flows, architecture diagrams, and functional documentation. • Develop and execute test cases; support UAT and production validation activities. • Conduct data analysis, write SQL queries, and support data migration planning and execution. • Maintain and update project documentation using Confluence and SharePoint. • Utilize tools such as MS Visio, Excel, and other productivity tools to prepare process documentation and analysis deliverables. • Support IT and business teams during divestitures, including data separation, process documentation, and system streamlining (experience a plus). • Provide ongoing analytical support and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Skills and Requirements • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders. • Hands-on experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams. • Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear requirement documentation. • Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, and solution architecture visuals. • Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation in Confluence and SharePoint. • Strong working knowledge of MS Visio, Excel, and similar tools. • Technical skills including: o Database concepts o SQL query writing o Preferably experience with .NET applications and/or SAP • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and build data migration plans. • Experience supporting or participating in divestiture projects is a plus. • Pharmaceutical background • Worked in a GxP environment • Transportation experience
