We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Support Specialist** to join our team. This role involves supporting sales operations on the backend, focusing on managing and overseeing each sales opportunity. You'll work to proactively flag any issues in deals and ensure pipeline hygiene. **Join us!** **What You'll Be Doing:** + Prepare and validate revenue recognition data for client approval, working closely with internal operations teams to ensure accurate categorization. + Keep a close eye on revenue metrics, including actuals and scheduled billings, and monitor quoting tool status and pipeline to spot revenue gaps or duplications. Support sales management by providing clear forecasting insights. + Conduct regular pipeline checks, addressing issues like missing close plans or overdue opportunities, and coordinate with sellers to resolve them. + Investigate and resolve billing and invoicing issues, including adjustments, disputes, and credits, collaborating with operations and finance teams for accurate reconciliation. + Support the forecasting process by participating in closing calls, tracking deal progress, and preparing forecast documents. + Manage support tickets related to pricing, tool issues, quote updates, and billing escalations. + Proactively monitor deal progress and collaborate with the quoting team and management to address any issues in deal preparation or completion. + Generate and share reports on pipeline hygiene and billing readiness, ensuring timely actions by sellers in the CRM. + **Working hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
