**Position Summary**
Nestlé Waters is the global leader in bottled water, proudly producing Al Manhal and Nestlé Pure Life in Saudi Arabia.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Section Head – Institutes Channel to lead and grow our partnerships across Healthcare, Education, and Governmental sectors.
This role focuses on developing long-term institutional relationships, driving sustainable growth through tenders, facility management partnerships, and public-sector contracts, while ensuring flawless service delivery and compliance across all accounts.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE...**
+ Lead the Institutes Channel business plan, driving profitable growth across medical, educational, and governmental institutions.
+ Identify and win strategic contracts through tender participation, bid preparation, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Manage large-scale partnerships with facility management companies, ministries, and universities.
+ Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, pricing, and service-level agreements (OTIF ≥98%).
+ Drive overdue management and payment discipline in coordination with Finance.
+ Lead a regional team to ensure consistent execution and relationship management nationwide.
+ Conduct structured customer and field visits to assess service quality and uncover growth potential.
+ Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure governance and operational excellence.
+ Act as the key representative for Nestlé Waters in institutional and government forums.
**What Will Make You Successful**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain; MBA preferred.
+ 3–5 years of experience in institutional or government B2B sales within FMCG, healthcare, or facility management sectors.
+ Proven expertise in tendering, government contracting, and large account management.
+ Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance growth and compliance.
+ Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.
+ Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory for government liaison).
+ Advanced knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
+ Valid Saudi Driving License and mobility to travel nationally.
